30-Day Returns Warranty

You can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item if it arrives damaged, defective, in the wrong size, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Policy

Your item qualifies for return if:

  • The printed image is unclear.
  • The printed image is off-center.
  • You received the wrong package.
  • The item is damaged (torn, dirty) due to delivery.
  • The size, color, or style doesn’t match your order.
  • Other issues caused by our mistake.

To request a return, email us with pictures of the issue and your order number. Once verified, Pod-shop will refund or exchange the item.

Note: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Once the issue is verified, we’ll send a replacement product.
